        We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm’s various businesses

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing recruitment workflow data and providing valuable insights to business leaders and management. Your role will involve understanding data patterns, maintaining data accuracy, and identifying process gaps and implementing system and/or process solutions to fix the identified gaps. Additionally, you will drive, enhance, and streamline various recruitment process for our recruitment operations. You will also be expected to obtain and maintain relevant documentation to enhance and maintain data sanctity on ATS (Application tracking system) application for reporting and analytics. Additionally, you will be required to stay abreast with external market and industry trends related to HC Analytics. You will be interacting with recruiters, end users, and senior leadership on day-to-day basis.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment operations and HC analytics space
        • Candidate should have solid end-to-end knowledge of recruitment processes and data management on an ATS application
        • The candidate should have hands on experience with data analytics and a proven record of generating insights
        • The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to the team and stakeholders
        • Candidates should have experience of working with senior stakeholders
        • The candidate should have a proven track record of proficient problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
        • Candidates having experience with analytics tools like Power BI and Python would have an added advantage
        • Candidates with prior project management experience with multiple stakeholders would have an added advantage
