Senior Manager, Early-Career People Strategy – International Human Resources Operations and Projects – Human Capital

        Human Capital
        Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager to lead, grow, and elevate our early-career talent pool within the International Human Resources Operations and Projects (IHOP) team, which is a part of the Human Capital (HC) team, based out of the firm’s offices in Hyderabad, Gurugram and Bengaluru, India. The IHOP team supports Global Recruitment and Core Human Resources (HR) teams across multiple geographies on critical and data-intensive tasks by delivering high-quality work products. IHOP’s portfolio consists of four key functions. The Campus and Lateral Sourcing Projects verticals identify accomplished candidates for various technical and non-technical positions by utilizing advanced internet searching techniques and maintaining accurate candidate records, while also providing reporting and analytics support to recruiters on sourcing strategies to aid decision-making. The Automation vertical supports the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provides administrative and strategic support for recruitment-related applications and workflows. Lastly, the Human Capital Operations vertical enables complex operations that support global HR functions, including new hire onboarding, background checks, and benefits management.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you will drive people leadership, program and project management, to scale a team of 15+ associates, interns, and contractors working across multiple functions. On the people side, you will lead and manage a diverse group of early-career professionals, including associates, interns, and contractors, across multiple functions and locations. You will oversee the full employee life cycle — from hiring and onboarding to development, performance feedback, and retention — while driving team goal setting, performance reviews, and career progression plans. You will also collaborate closely with functional leads to clarify work allocation, align expectations, and ensure optimal role fit. On the project side, you will lead and execute cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency. This includes implementing automation tools and workflows, building dashboards to track team health and project progress, and creating systems and resources that support sustainable delivery across functions. You will be accountable for managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring coordination and accountability across stakeholders. You will bring structure, efficiency, and forward momentum to initiatives that scale impact in a high-accountability, dynamic environment. Finally, you will report on people and project outcomes, highlighting progress, risks, and insights to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Your updates will provide data-driven input that informs decision-making, while ensuring both team development and project execution remain aligned with broader business strategy.

        Basic qualifications:

        • 8 to 15 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in people management

        • Proven ability to lead and develop early-career or large operational teams
