        We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in the firm’s office in Hyderabad. This team serves as the organizational strategy office for the DESIS Tech Business Unit (BU), led by the Managing Director (BU Head) and the Tech leadership group, encompassing over 1,000 technical staff in India. DESIS Tech PMO acts as a centralized backbone, provides strategic business consultations, drives firm- and BU-wide initiatives, and compiles business analytics and insights to empower leadership decision-making. The group also collaborates with corporate function groups to enhance strategic proposals and operational efficiencies in management processes.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will own and deliver operational priorities such as periodic staffing reports, project updates, executive summaries, and drive other process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with senior team members to implement and support ongoing strategic projects, from productivity improvements to shaping the BU’s vision and leading leadership engagement initiatives. You will monitor project progress, coordinate tasks, and prepare regular reports by collaborating with project team leads. You will also gather and analyse data to develop metrics, create and update dashboards, and generate insights to support decision-making. You will create concise presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings and business updates and identify and recommend ways to improve team processes and efficiency. You will build relationships to gain broad exposure to various teams, stakeholders, and functions.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • 1–3 years of experience in program, project, portfolio management, or a related coordination or analytics role
        • MBA from a top B-school, preferably from the 2022, 2023, or 2024 batch
        • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
        • Skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
        • Skills in data analysis, handling large datasets, and dashboard development using visualization tools such as Power BI
        • Exceptional detail-oriented skills, should be able to prioritize, multitask, and be eager to learn in a dynamic tech environment

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Relevant pre-MBA experience and be a 2025 MBA fresher
        • Experience or exposure to technology, IT, or BFSI
