        We are looking for a strategic-minded and experienced Program Manager to join our Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) based in Hyderabad, India. The PMO acts as a powerful centralized backbone for supporting the leadership team of India’s Technology vertical. The PMO strives to exemplify the firm’s core principle of “Focus on the firm as a whole”. To create significant value, Tech PMO aims to enable the tech leadership to formulate and implement strategies that drive ambitious outcomes for the firm. The team also drives firmwide initiatives and operational efficiencies and delivers analytics and insights from various data to enable leadership decision-making. In essence, Tech PMO solves high-impact challenges that are sponsored by the Managing Director (Head of India Tech) and Group Heads (Business Unit Leaders).

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will work closely with leadership, advising on initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in program management, business intelligence, cross-departmental collaborations, and coaching/mentoring will be crucial. You will work with technology leaders on enhancing productivity, conduct business unit reviews, and lead strategic departmental initiatives. You will also produce leadership reports, use data analytics tools to identify trends, and develop business intelligence solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departmental teams to align goals and facilitate communication. Furthermore, you will mentor others in the organization and promote knowledge sharing.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should have an MBA or related educational qualification, coupled with 6-10 years of work experience in a business or executive management role, preferably within the Technology (Software) domain
        • The candidate should have a proven track record with a specialized emphasis on consulting executive leadership and fostering collaboration across teams/departments
        • Candidate should have excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills (experience in a global environment and multi-cultural setup is a plus)
        • The candidate should possess an excellent ability to embrace ambiguity with a high level of comfort, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in navigating complex and dynamic environments
        • The ideal candidate should have Business Intelligence and Reporting experience along with proficiency in studying, cleansing, and transforming large datasets to synthesize meaningful insights and designing scenario-based models to guide leadership decision-making
        • The candidate should be solution-centric and have proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams through the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
