        We are seeking an accomplished and analytically inclined individual to join our Human Capital Global Analytics and Reporting (GAR) team in Hyderabad, India. The GAR team partners closely with global recruitment, talent management, and HC leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making across the firm. Our work spans a broad portfolio: Python applications and interactive dashboards that surface workforce and recruiting insights for executive audiences, scalable automation solutions for recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs, and AI-based products and tools that enhance HC capabilities. We collaborate with stakeholders across the globe and operate as a high-visibility analytical partner embedded in some of the firm’s most consequential HC initiatives. The ideal candidate brings excellent software engineering and analytical foundations and a keen eye for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful opportunities to grow technical skills and take ownership of impactful work.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Python applications, including interactive dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, and reusable analytical frameworks, that support HC decision-making and are used by senior leadership and stakeholders across the firm. You will collaborate with global recruitment and talent management teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into well-engineered solutions, and deliver insights with clarity and precision. You will contribute to shared code infrastructure and participate in code reviews that uphold quality standards across the team. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and adopt modern engineering practices that keep the team operating to a high standard. You will manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across global offices, contribute to project planning and prioritization, and bring attention to detail, follow-through, and adaptability needed to deliver consistently in a dynamic, high-expectations environment.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-
        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
        • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical role involving data analytics, or software development
        • Hands-on experience delivering analytical solutions for business stakeholders, including data analysis, insight generation, and reporting
        • Robust proficiency in Python for application development, including object-oriented programming, modular code design, and the ability to write structured, maintainable, and well-documented code
        • Experience building programmatic, code-driven dashboards and analytical applications, with excellent data visualization instincts and attention to detail
        • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts
        • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and adapt to evolving priorities

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Hands-on experience with Python-based interactive dashboard frameworks such as Panel or similar libraries
        • Experience contributing to shared codebases or internal libraries in a team setting
        • Familiarity with GitHub for version control, code review, and collaborative development workflows
        • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a demonstrated ability to incorporate them to meaningfully improve delivery speed or code quality
        • Prior experience in HR or people analytics
        • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
