        We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Talent Management team based in Bangalore. Some of the Talent Management functions include running firmwide employee experience & wellness activities and initiatives that help employees maintain work life balance within and outside the office. The team organizes health & wellness initiatives, parties, happy hours, sporting events, onsite fitness sessions and hobby workshops and managing critical operations support to functions such as onboarding, separations, and benefits.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In the role, you’ll be providing end to end critical operations support to functions such as onboarding, separations, benefits, and employee experience & wellness processes. You’ll be analyzing processes and coming up with ways to automate operational tasks. The role, you’ll also be working on employee experience & wellness related activities such as driving and implementing and executing events and initiatives like happy hours, parties, internal sports tournaments, intellectual competitions, hobby workshops and wellness activities. You’ll need to stay abreast with the latest trends/best practices in employee employee experience & wellness and employee benefits, HR programs, policies, etc. through industry benchmarking. You’ll also liaison with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost benefit analysis, etc. You’ll be effectively managing day-to-day operational work pertaining to maintaining internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, event trackers, budget etc. You’ll also need to prepare, track, and maintain appropriate documentation and trackers, handle document management, document audit, vendor management, closure of pre and post onboarding tasks, employee queries and requests, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for related tasks.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in HR, with excellent time-management skills, and operational excellence
        • The candidate should have three to five years of HR/Talent Management work experience
        • Having Workday experience will be an advantage
        • The candidate should be able to plan and execute projects with creativity and drive
        • The candidate should be able to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization
        • The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders
        • Candidate should be proficient with MS Office, and should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
        • The candidate should be able to work in an agile, dynamic and collaborative environment
        • The candidate should possess attention to detail, creative thinking ability, excellent analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
