        We are looking for bright and exceptional programmers to join our Middleware team based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad/Bengaluru. The team develops and supports the entire Messaging Middleware infrastructure for inter-process communication for all applications within the firm. The Middleware Group is an essential infrastructure team dedicated to the development, deployment, and maintenance of the firm's messaging middleware infrastructure. Our middleware solutions form the backbone of communication between diverse applications within the firm, underpinning the seamless interaction required for the firm's sophisticated operations. As a senior member of the Middleware team, you will own middleware solutions end to end, from design and implementation through deployment and production support. You will drive architectural decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and high performance messaging platforms, collaborate closely with application teams to deliver robust middleware capabilities that meet firm wide needs, and lead operational excellence, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident resolution.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will ensure the robustness and efficiency of the messaging platform that is vital to the firm’s proprietary trading platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement scalable solutions, and provide tools that empower developers to build real time data streaming applications. These applications are critical for both trading strategies and business workflows used by traders and portfolio managers. You will also take part in operational responsibilities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production systems to ensure reliability and performance.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-
        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a solid foundation in Algorithms, Data Structures, and Object-oriented programming
        • 2 to 4 years of programming experience with Java or Python at a Technology or Financial firm
        • The willingness to work in a language-agnostic Environment
        • Excellent problem-solving skills, high quantitative aptitude, and ability to turnaround projects quickly
        • Excellent written and oral communication skills

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Prior exposure to Trading or Options domain
