Senior Manager – Talent Sourcing Non–Technology Hiring (Talent Acquisition) – Human Capital

        Human Capital
        Hyderabad

We are looking for accomplished candidates to join our Non-tech hiring (Talent Acquisition) team in Hyderabad. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to grow within the Human Capital function, collaborating closely with TA leads and hiring stakeholders across geographies to support the firm's recruitment efforts.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you will manage a team which will execute strategies to identify and engage experienced talent across various non-technical functions, while building the market intelligence and long-term pipelines for both immediate openings and anticipated needs. You will develop key metrics to measure the impact of our sourcing efforts in a rigorous, data-driven manner, and partner with TA leads to understand role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and share insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity. You will also shape how the firm attracts talent more broadly — designing hiring assessments with TA leads and driving employer branding initiatives that strengthen our visibility in the markets we hire from.
