Senior Manager - Human Capital (GAI)

        Human Capital
        Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with excellent GenAI and people leadership credentials to join our Human Capital (HC) team in Hyderabad. This role leads a growing GenAI team responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that fundamentally improve the way HC operates. The Senior Manager will operate at the intersection of HC strategy, product thinking, and modern AI capabilities—owning the GenAI roadmap for HC, translating complex business needs into impactful AI programs, and ensuring delivery of solutions that are measurable, secure, and responsibly deployed. This role partners closely with HC leadership, product management, other development teams, and HC stakeholders.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the HC GenAI roadmap—identifying and prioritizing use cases aligned to HC strategy, sequencing initiatives by impact and feasibility, and articulating a clear multi quarter vision. You will lead end to end delivery of GenAI programs from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, change management, and adoption. You will lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary GenAI team. You will also set clear goals, provide regular coaching, and foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and responsible AI use. You will collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI features into systems while aligning with the firm's technical architecture and governance standards. You will also partner with HC leads and cross functional teams to identify high value opportunities for AI, translating business needs into well scoped problem statements, delivery plans, and decision frameworks. You will be serving as HC’s internal thought leader on AI applications while proactively scanning the landscape for emerging capabilities and bringing well reasoned recommendations to leadership.

        • 8 to 12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading technology, data, and/or AI‑driven initiatives in complex environments
        • Hands-on experience building AI applications in Python using patterns and frameworks such as RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, and/or LangGraph (or equivalent)
        • Experience with LLM application architecture and evaluation (e.g., quality, grounding, hallucination, safety, latency/cost), including test set design and iterative improvement
        • Prior experience partnering closely with engineering and product teams on enterprise‑scale platforms and contributing to governance, risk, and responsible‑AI frameworks
        • Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and managing teams of technically or analytically oriented professionals
