        The firm is looking for a Senior Analyst/Manager to provide support for our APAC-focused client engagement and related activities within the Investor Relations team under the Financial Operations vertical, based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. This role provides operational, analytical, and coordination support to relationship managers who lead client engagement in the region.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will assist with preparation for and follow-up from Japan Investors meetings — including drafting prep notes, writing meeting reports in Japanese/English, and summarizing key client takeaways and action items. You will liaise with internal teams (including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and others) to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests. You will conduct ongoing monitoring of APAC market trends, competitor activities, and industry news — leveraging local-language subscriptions and databases. Maintain and update client and prospect pipeline information in the CRM. You will work closely with our APAC colleagues as well as other global counterparts to manage and ensure smooth project delivery and discuss the implementation of policies and procedures. You will also actively monitor, understand and analyze business and regulatory changes, and integrate these alterations into prevailing processes and infrastructures — lead self-automation initiatives and liaise with our in-house tech teams to build better solutions.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • A master’s degree in finance, with 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, sales operations, business development, or investor relations operations
        • High or near-native proficiency in English and Japanese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
        • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively across global teams
        • High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
        • The ability to understand client needs and coordinate across internal stakeholders

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Experience in areas such as financial services or asset management
