        We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and resourceful Product Manager to join our Investment Services Technology team, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team builds and supports technology for finance and operations across private credit businesses, including trade lifecycle management, loan servicing, portfolio and fund accounting, cash management, and investor reporting. The role offers a dynamic environment, with a robust focus on improving operational efficiency, transparency, and scalability across private credit platforms. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of financial markets, private credit operations, and experience driving product-led transformation in complex operational domains.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will work closely with business users, software developers, product managers, and technology leadership teams to conceptualize and deliver solutions that enhance private credit middle- and back-office systems. You will translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, define and prioritize product roadmaps, support existing platforms, and ensure alignment across leadership, business, and engineering teams. The role involves deep collaboration with colleagues across private credit operations, Arcesium, and technology teams, incorporating user feedback to refine workflows and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility. You will also partner closely with global leaders across Information Technology, Finance, and Operations to drive scalable, workflow-driven solutions for private credit operations and reporting.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-

        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or an MBA, with 8 plus years of product management experience within financial services
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear product and technical requirements and communicate decisions and trade-offs effectively to executive-level stakeholders
        • Proven ability to lead discovery and problem framing through detailed current-state process mapping (including exceptions, handoffs, and controls) and to design scalable, risk-aligned future-state workflows
        • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder leadership and facilitation, including leading cross-functional workshops, resolving competing priorities, and driving alignment between enterprise standardization and local optimization
        • A robust track record of owning product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for operational platforms, balancing near-term business needs with long-term modernization
        • Hands-on execution discipline, including roadmap ownership, dependency management, and delivery governance across global teams in dynamic environments
        • Experience translating stakeholder and process insights into prioritized product backlogs and sequenced delivery plans, with a focus on quantifying impact
        • A proven ability to partner effectively with global engineering teams to deliver and continuously improve workflow-driven solutions in production environments

         

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Exposure to investment management or fund accounting domain
        • Experience in Private Credit Accounting and Operations for hedge funds and/or investment banks
        • Experience in Middle Office and Trade Accounting and Operations for hedge funds and/or investment banks
