        We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and resourceful product manager to join our Investment Services Technology team, partnering closely with the Legal team, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team delivers technology solutions that support critical firm functions and operational workflows. The role offers an inclusive and dynamic environment, with a focus on improving technology for efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional product management fundamentals, experience in process optimization and workflow automation, and the judgment to operate effectively in a highly confidential environment with diverse stakeholders.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will work closely with the Legal team and technology partners to assess, design, and deliver technology solutions that modernize legal operations across a broad range of functional areas, including trading agreements, investment products, intellectual property, and transactional deal support. You will also serve as a senior point of coordination for initiatives focused on legal technology transformation, evaluating build versus buy decisions, implementing document and knowledge management platforms, and developing AI and metadata enabled tools for drafting and research. Additionally, you will lead requirements gathering and prioritization across diverse stakeholder groups, define product visions and roadmaps, and identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve data integrity, and enhance operational resilience. You will balance near term operational needs with long term strategic and architectural objectives while building scalable infrastructure in areas with limited existing technology.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold- 
        Basic qualifications: 

        • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or an MBA, with 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry
        • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and operational concepts clearly, influence decision-making through both meetings and written artifacts, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
        • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to generate product insights, prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and guide product strategy
        • Proven adaptability in managing changing priorities, with strong project and delivery management skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments
        • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business teams, translating non-technical needs into clear requirements while balancing competing stakeholder priorities, building consensus, and delivering customer-focused outcomes
        • A high degree of attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities, with a consistent focus on quality, risk awareness, and operational excellence
        • Hands-on experience owning and delivering technology products end-to-end in Agile environments, from product vision and discovery through backlog management, iterative delivery, launch, scaling, and ongoing maturation
        • Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation and process optimization, applying structured approaches and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and control
        • A solid understanding of operational workflows within hedge funds and investment management firms, including how controls, data integrity, and regulatory considerations shape technology and product design


        Preferred qualifications:

        • Exposure to the investment management or fund accounting domain
        • Experience partnering closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Compliance, Risk, or other control functions to define requirements and deliver workflow-driven, compliant technology solutions
