        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Administration team based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. Lead the transportation and security operations across Hyderabad (main office), Gurugram, and Bangalore (satellite offices), ensuring employee safety, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and workplace experience.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will lead end-to-end security operations across multiple office locations, safeguarding employees, visitors, assets, and facilities through effective governance, monitoring, and risk-management. You will own and administer the Emergency Response Team (ERT and manage security service providers, including manpower deployment, access control and visitor management systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance, security audits, and service level agreement (SLA) governance, and you will develop and continuously improve security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident reporting mechanisms. You will manage corporate transportation and cab services across locations, including vendor governance, route planning, billing validation, and safety standards, and you will ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and safety requirements such as driver verification, vehicle documentation, and GPS monitoring. You will also manage courier and logistics operations. Additionally, you will manage office stationery inventory, parking and valet operations, driving cost control and enhanced employee experience. You will also maintain operational dashboards, management information system (MIS) reports, vendor scorecards, and budget reports. You will plan and Coordinate equipment movement including employee personal belongings related activities across offices and remote locations, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, asset tracking, logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal asset management procedures. You will manage mobile SIM cards, data cards, and telecom-related services for employees, including procurement, allocation, usage monitoring, billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, drive cost optimization initiatives, operational excellence programs, service quality improvements, automation opportunities, and process enhancements across all administration and workplace services functions. You will partner closely with HR, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, IT and Legal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and business continuity.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-
        Basic Qualifications:

        • A graduate degree in any discipline, with 10+ years of experience in corporate administration, security operations, employee transportation, and vendor management, preferably within large IT/ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services), technology, Global Capability Centre (GCC), or multinational organizations
        • Proven experience managing physical security operations, access control systems, security governance frameworks, and emergency response programs across multiple locations
        • Hands-on experience managing transportation services, employee commute programs and courier operations
        • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing large-scale employee events, leadership offsites, and organizational engagement programs
        • Experience in managing stationery, telecom services, parking operations, equipment logistics, and workplace support functions
        • Excellent vendor management and commercial negotiation skills, including contract administration, SLA management, and cost optimization
        • A sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, emergency response frameworks, risk management, and statutory compliance
        • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders
        • Excellent financial and operational acumen, with experience in budget management, spend analysis, and forecasting

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • A postgraduate degree in management (MBA/PGDM) or certification in security management, corporate administration, safety, or workplace services, with certification or formal training in emergency response, business continuity, crisis management, or occupational health and safety
        • Experience planning large-scale employee events, leadership offsites, and engagement programs
        • Experience managing multi-location, pan-India administrative programs
        • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, service management platforms, and access control systems
