        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Administration team based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. The team manages purchase-related requests and statutory affairs, including liaison with STPI/SEZ, Customs and Central Excise, Municipal Authorities, and Labor departments across Hyderabad (main office), Gurugram, and Bangalore (satellite offices).

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing across the firm's three India offices, covering IT, administration, facilities, infrastructure, corporate gifting, hotel accommodation, food and beverages, and employee events, including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, budgeting, purchase recommendations, and closure of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). You will drive vendor governance and draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts related to facilities, IT infrastructure, professional services, security, housekeeping, and leases in liaison with the Legal team. You will manage STPI compliance activities, including bonding and debonding requirements, statutory reporting, audits, and liaison with STPI authorities, as well as customs and import/export compliance for IT assets and equipment, covering shipment clearance, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clearing agents. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, trade licenses, municipal regulations, Shops and Establishment requirements, and other laws across all locations, coordinating with government and regulatory bodies for registrations, approvals, renewals, and inspections. Additionally, you will own and administer the employee Car Lease Program across its full lifecycle; maintain compliance calendars, dashboards, MIS reports, vendor scorecards, and contract trackers; and drive cost optimization, budget management, risk mitigation, and process improvements. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-  
        Basic Qualifications:

        • A graduate degree in any discipline, with 15+ years of experience in corporate procurement, vendor management, and compliance, preferably within large IT/ITES, Technology, GCC, or multinational organizations
        • Hands-on expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization
        • In-depth knowledge of STPI, customs/import-export processes, statutory audits, and government liaison activities
        • A sound understanding of labor laws, trade licenses, municipal compliances, statutory registrations, and facility compliance
        • Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budget planning, spend analysis, and vendor governance
        • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, vendors, auditors, and government authorities
        • The ability to be highly proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment


        Preferred Qualifications:

        • A postgraduate degree in management (MBA/PGDM) or certification in procurement, supply chain, contract management, compliance, or corporate administration
        • Experience managing employee car lease programs and pan-India administrative and compliance programs
        • A track record of building teams and delivering measurable operational efficiencies
        • Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement platforms, contract management tools, and Microsoft 365 applications
