Lead Specialist - Human Capital (GAI)

        Human Capital
        Hyderabad

We are seeking a candidate with deep hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications to join our Human Capital (HC) team in Hyderabad. You will be an early member of a growing group that designs, builds, and implements AI solutions that fundamentally improve the way HC operates. You will operate at the intersection of people strategy, product design, and modern AI capabilities. This role partners closely with HC leads, product management, and engineering to deliver AI features that are measurable, secure, and scalable.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you will partner with HC and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for AI, translating business needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans. You will lead end-to-end development of AI-powered tools—from discovery and prototyping through iteration and production hardening—using Python and modern AI frameworks. You will collaborate with product managers and other development teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, aligning with the firm’s architecture, security, privacy, and governance standards. You will also create user guides, training materials, and responsible AI documentation to drive adoption and build AI literacy across the HC function. You will evaluate and refine AI solutions through experimentation, stakeholder feedback, and outcome monitoring, recommending improvements to quality, safety, and performance. You will stay current on the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape, bringing informed perspectives on models, tooling, and best practices to influence technical direction and roadmap decisions.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
        • 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years building AI/ML or GenAI applications in production environments
        • Hands-on experience building AI applications using patterns and frameworks such as RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, and/or LangGraph (or equivalent)
        • Robust Python skills, including data processing and building APIs/services for AI applications
        • Experience with LLM application architecture and evaluation (e.g., quality, grounding, hallucination, safety, latency/cost), including test set design and iterative improvement
        • The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, manage multiple workstreams, and drive delivery through cross-functional dependencies
        • Excellent project management skills: prioritization, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to translate business needs into practical AI-driven solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences

        Preferred qualifications:

        • The ability to deliver AI solutions in Human Capital domains (e.g., recruiting, assessment, learning, people analytics)
        • Familiarity with developer productivity tools such as Cursor and Claude Code (or equivalent)
        • Advanced coursework or significant experience delivering technology-driven products
