        We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and resourceful product manager to join our Investment Services Technology team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team handles technology for finance and operations, such as post-trade activities, portfolio and fund accounting, and investor relations. The role offers a dynamic environment. We aim to improve our technology for better efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate should understand financial markets and have experience in product management and process optimization.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will work closely with business stakeholders, global software development teams, and technology leadership to design and deliver impactful Middle Office Technology solutions. You will serve as a senior point of coordination across initiatives spanning securities lifecycle management, trade booking, corporate actions, and reference data management. You will understand stakeholder needs, define product visions and technical requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and lead large scale initiatives while supporting existing applications. You will balance and prioritize competing demands to ensure solutions meet immediate business needs while aligning with long term strategic and architectural goals. You will collaborate broadly with middle and back office operations, technology teams, and global partners to drive a unified and effective technology strategy.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-
        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or an MBA, with 8+ years of product management experience within financial services
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear product and technical requirements and communicate decisions and trade-offs effectively to executive-level stakeholders
        • Proven ability to lead discovery and problem framing through detailed current-state process mapping (including exceptions, handoffs, and controls) and to design scalable, risk-aligned future-state workflows
        • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder leadership and facilitation, including leading cross-functional workshops, resolving competing priorities, and driving alignment between enterprise standardization and local optimization
        • A robust track record of owning product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for operational platforms, balancing near-term business needs with long-term modernization
        • Hands-on execution discipline, including roadmap ownership, dependency management, and delivery governance across global teams in dynamic environments
        • Experience translating stakeholder and process insights into prioritized product backlogs and sequenced delivery plans, with a focus on quantifying impact
        • A proven ability to partner effectively with global engineering teams to deliver and continuously improve workflow-driven solutions in production environments


        Preferred qualifications:

        • Exposure to investment management or fund accounting domain
        • Experience in Middle Office and Trade Accounting & Operations for hedge funds and/or investment banks
