        Financial Operations
        Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Marketing Communications team under the Communications group, in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram office. This team produces fundraising materials and investor-focused communications that are integral to firm’s fundraising, client service, and asset retention efforts across investment strategies. The role sits at the intersection of investment expertise, strategic communications, and storytelling, helping translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated institutional audiences. The successful candidate will serve as a key contributor to the firm's content and communications platform, partnering closely with investment professionals, product specialists, investor relations teams, legal, and senior leadership to create institutional-grade communication materials that reflect analytical rigor, strategic clarity, and intellectual sophistication.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

You will draft, review, and refine investor-facing communications that support both existing and new investment products, developing content for strategy presentations, product materials, investment insights, fundraising documents, and investor updates. You will translate complex investment strategies, portfolio positioning, risk frameworks, and performance drivers into clear, structured, and compelling institutional communication, while maintaining high-quality content libraries to support efficient and scalable documentation. You will partner with portfolio managers, product specialists, and senior investment professionals to distill investment views into concise and engaging narratives, helping shape how the firm communicates investment opportunities, competitive differentiation, and market perspectives to institutional investors. You will challenge and refine content to ensure clarity, precision, and audience relevance. You will build robust working relationships across investment, investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, and senior management teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments and synthesizing diverse perspectives into cohesive communications. You will drive content projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation, maintenance, and distribution processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while preserving quality, accuracy, and intellectual rigor.
