    - Compliance - This team works closely with the global Compliance team to support day-to-day management of the firm's compliance program, including implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that align both with the internal Code of Ethics as well as any external rules and regulations. E. Shaw Group. The group is also responsible for periodic fund return computations, and calculation and allocation of applicable fees. The role may require close interaction with the Management Company Accounting and Investor Reporting group among others; and externally with our auditors, service providers and administrators.
