-complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements (including direct taxes, indirect taxes, corporate laws & STPI regulations).
-working with all stakeholders to maintain robust internal controls.
-managing all secretarial compliance matters.
-drafting Notices, Resolutions, Agenda, Minutes and Director Reports.
-preparing and filing necessary Forms/Documents/Returns with ROC, RBI, and other authorities.
-liaising with external advisors/consultants on all tax and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
