        Senior Specialist/Manager – Core Human Capital (CHC) Analytics (Human Capital)

        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Core Human Capital (CHC) Analytics team in Hyderabad as a Senior Specialist/Manager. The CHC Analytics team works closely with Human Capital and other business teams to analyze and provide data inputs for day-to-day business operations, along with generating insights and analytical solutions on data pertaining to headcount and attrition, among others.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this position, you will be involved in the implementation activities of the CHC Analytics function by gathering and analyzing data to prepare and disseminate reports and/or presentations that provide meaningful insights, identify trends, and offer recommendations to the management team, in addition to daily reporting for the broader team. Furthermore, you will be using ETL and visualization tools to develop reports for stakeholders to make data-backed decisions.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should be a data analytics professional with a graduate/master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the field of data analytics, with an understanding of exploratory data analysis and extracting analytical insights from data
        • The candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL and be well versed in data warehousing and database concepts, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server
        • Candidate should have a proven track record of working on dashboard development projects on Power BI or any other data analytics tool like Tableau, Qlik, DJS, etc. Further, experience publishing and managing dashboards on a server would be essential
        • The candidate should have the ability to package together insights from data, weave them into a compelling narrative, and develop visually pleasing analytical products for an executive audience
        • The ideal candidate should have experience with advanced Excel functions and macros development to utilize the tool’s full potential
        • Candidate should have a dedicated customer service mentality, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a knack for analytical problem solving, and an ability to see how small details impact the big picture
        • The candidate should have the ability to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, drive projects to completion, and exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information
        • Candidates with the ability to work with a diverse work force at various organizational levels are encouraged to apply
        • Candidates with exposure to HR as a domain with data analytics will be preferred, as the expertise would certainly add to the candidate’s profile
        • Candidates with experience in Python programming will have an added advantage
