        Senior Specialist - Business Partner (Human Capital)

        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to support our Technology teams in the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. The HCBP will implement Human Resource (HR) solutions and develop and provide HR support to multiple Technology teams.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will provide advisory support, guide, consult, and execute key activities, programs, and initiatives related to people for business groups. You will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees and provide them with trusted advice. In this role, you will also work with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential. Additionally, you will support the leadership team regarding people-related matters, policies, and procedures. You will analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You will also plan to conduct business group-specific engagement activities and initiatives. Moreover, you will provide managers with day-to-day people management guidance on coaching, counselling, and career development. You will also advise on implementing Human Capital (HC) processes and policies and suggest changes based on floor pulse gathered via one-on-one connects with the employees. You will work with HC management to resolve complex employee relation issues and grievances. You will also work closely with management and employees to help improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

        Who we’re looking for
