        We are looking for talented and insightful candidates to join our Hyderabad, Gurugram, or Bengaluru offices as a Senior Manager in our International Human Resources Operations group, which is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function. The IHOP team supports Global Recruitment and Core HR teams across multiple geographies in critical and data-intensive tasks by delivering high-quality work products. IHOP’s portfolio consists of four key functions. The Campus and Lateral Sourcing Projects verticals identify accomplished candidates for various technical and non-technical positions by utilizing advanced internet search techniques and maintaining accurate candidate records, while also providing reporting and analytics support to recruiters for sourcing strategies to aid decision-making. The Automation vertical supports the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provides administrative and strategic support for recruitment-related applications and workflows. Lastly, the Human Capital Operations vertical enables complex operations that support global HR functions, including new hire onboarding, background checks, and benefits management.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the firm’s recruitment efforts. You will be expected to identify and engage high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, and other advanced recruiting techniques. You will also lead the end-to-end execution of campus projects, including definition, planning, execution, implementation, and governance, as well as control, resource, and change management. Additionally, you will develop, monitor, and measure KPIs/success metrics for our fall, spring, and summer program efforts. You will perform a variety of project administration duties, including project scheduling, project tracking, and project reporting. Furthermore, you will support the team on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold-
        Basic qualifications:

        • A graduate degree or a master’s degree
        • 8-15 years of total experience, including at least 4-8 years of relevant work experience in a campus sourcing/recruitment role, along with a minimum of 3 years of people management experience
        • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivery
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

         

        Preferred qualifications:

        • A process-oriented and analytical approach with an affinity for data
        • The ability to work as an individual contributor and lead projects, provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems, and assist junior team members
