        Senior Manager - Business Partner (Human Capital)

        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to support our business teams in the firm's office in Hyderabad. The HCBP will implement Human Resource (HR) solutions and develop and provide HR support to multiple business and functional teams. Furthermore, responsibilities include creating and executing strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, consultation, and implementation to business groups for key initiatives and advisory support to management and business groups on people-related policies and procedures. You will analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You will serve as a primary point of contact for managers and employees, offering ongoing support on people related matters, policies, and procedures, and proactively acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Furthermore, you will guide managers on performance management, including coaching, counselling, and career development, and collaborate with HC management to address complex employee relation issues and grievances. To ensure the success of learning and training programs, you will monitor them closely and ensure that learning objectives are met. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning. Additionally, you will mentor managers on best practices for employee development and offer guidance on conflict resolution and employee behavior.

        Who we’re looking for

        • A Master’s degree in human resources and relevant experience of 7 to 9 years
        • Expertise in crafting and executing innovative strategies that enhance the employee journey at every phase – from onboarding, upskilling, growth & development, retention techniques to exit interviews
        • Multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities, should be proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, should possess excellent communication skills and should be aware of strategically maneuvering with stakeholders in the specific business unit
        • The ability to initiate and oversee methodologies to gauge employee engagement and contentment. Formulate action steps rooted in these metrics to augment the employee experience
        • The capability to address and manage employee concerns with compassion and confidentiality, creating solutions that center on employee well-being
        • Experience in implementing and refining performance review processes to ensure fair and constructive feedback, facilitating employee growth and development
        • The ability to identify and address training needs, managing the implementation of training programs
        • The skills to harness analytics and data-driven insights to assess the impact of our HR initiatives, leading to iterative improvements.
        • The capability to work closely with various teams to boost operational efficiency
        • Comfort in working with ambiguity
        • A proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo
