        Manager/Senior Manager - Chief of Staff (Human Capital)

        We are looking for an exceptionally intelligent, articulate, proactive, and resourceful Chief of Staff (CoS) to work with the Human Capital (HC) group; with hands on experience in project management, who can collaborate with subgroups within the HC group and contribute to achieving HC’s vision and goals in a structured and timely manner. The CoS will drive strategic and operational needs of the group by collaborating with the business heads of the group and their extended teams. The HC group is a critical business unit, which provides strategic people solutions to the firm’s core business groups. The group formulates and executes talent strategy of the firm, in close collaboration with the business. There are various specialized functions within HC such as talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, business partnership, employee engagement and analytics.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will receive a broad insight into the firm's and HC’s strategy and operations and will be expected to collaborate with HC leadership on the same. You will play an instrumental role in helping HC group achieve its annual goals and priorities, thus the group’s vision. For this, you will be required to work closely with various teams on their annual roadmaps, especially senior leaders within HC group in scoping, planning, prioritizing, and executing projects to ensure robust quality of deliverables on a timely basis. You will also be required to build robust processes to streamline workflows within the group. You will be expected to partner with senior members on various projects and ongoing day-to-day work along with building and maintaining data to create insightful dashboards for leadership will be important. You will demonstrate exceptional domain expertise to be able to provide consultative directions to the team’s key priorities and focus area. Additionally, you will be required to periodically track, analyze, and report key metrics and progress on each project. You will have to have a diagnostic eye to identify internal opportunities and at the same time understand the evolving market landscape and best practices. You will also be expected to build robust working relationships with key stakeholders of the groups within the firm, to enable strategic/symbiotic partnerships between human capital and other groups.

        Who we’re looking for

        • Candidate should have a MBA preferably Strategy/HR with over 5 years of CoS/Project Management Office (PMO) experience, with a special focus on advising executive leadership, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration, and operations management
        • Candidates having a good grasp on various functions within HC domain or have previously worked in the HC domain will have an added advantage
        • Candidates having a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification will have an added advantage
        • The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, planning and execution skills, and should be able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
        • Candidate should be able to work independently and be result oriented and solution centric, with proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams through planning and leading strategic initiatives
        • The candidate should be willing to program and manage challenging, high impact projects
        • Candidate should have excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
