Join our Financial Operations team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram

We are looking for a manager to join our Management Reporting team, based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Bengaluru, India. The Management Reporting team furnishes senior management with analytical reports and in-depth analyses that detail the firm’s expenses. Team responsibilities include supporting processes related to expense and time allocation and firmwide budgeting while driving technology projects to automate and enhance these processes.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc requests from groups such as Investor Relations (IR), Corporate Development (CD), and Legal and Compliance. You will take ownership of key processes, including supporting and reviewing all aspects of the month-end activities, reporting deliverables and financial analytics to external stakeholders, and guiding other team members. In addition, the role requires you to drive technology projects to build tools for reporting and analysis, streamline workflows, and improve the user experience. Stakeholder management is a vital aspect of this role; you are expected to demonstrate excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to comprehend and respond to stakeholders' needs and influence decision-making processes. Additionally, as a people manager, you are anticipated to oversee a team of high-performing analysts, exhibiting exceptional leadership and people management abilities. This includes inspiring and motivating team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Finally, as part of change management, you will need to understand and analyze the implications of changes to the firm’s businesses and integrate these changes into the reporting infrastructure and the team’s processes.
