        Manager – HC Infrastructure and Systems – Core Human Capital

        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Core Human Capital (CHC) Department and oversee the Human Capital (HC) Infrastructure portfolio in Hyderabad at the manager level.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        As an HC Infra lead, you will be part of the Core Human Capital (CHC) team and will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems infrastructure by partnering with developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs related to the tech platforms, document requirements, and create detailed functional specifications and process drafts. You will also assess the existing tech infrastructure, identify gaps between the current state and the desired future state, and recommend potential solutions to bridge these gaps. Additionally, you will help with the creation of test cases and scenarios and oversee the UAT process to ensure that the systems meet user requirements and specifications and are defect-free. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports the organization's Human Capital (HC) Management processes and aligns with its strategic goals.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should have 6–9 years of relevant experience
        • The candidate should have a good understanding of HR systems and processes, an aptitude to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications, and an ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture corresponding to HR systems and platforms
        • Candidate should have excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions, and should be able to break down problem statements into workable components while applying critical thinking to develop effective solutions
        • The ideal candidate should be an outstanding project manager with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (across geographies and business functions), prioritize tasks, track progress across multiple projects, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues
        • The candidate should also have the ability to build profound relationships, influence others, and facilitate effective teamwork
        • Candidates with a technical background and proficiency in research and analysis will have an added advantage
        • Candidates who have worked as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant are encouraged to apply
