        We are seeking a resourceful professional to join our Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP) team in Hyderabad as a Manager. HCBPs partner with business leaders and employees to shape and execute people strategy aligned with the firm's priorities. The team actively engages with employees to understand sentiment on the ground, and advise managers and leaders on people-related matters spanning performance and feedback, engagement, career development, and retention. Each Business Unit (BU) is supported by a dedicated HCBP, who serves as the first point of contact for employees.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and primary HC partner to business leaders and managers, providing strategic guidance, consultation, and support on a broad range of people-related matters and key initiatives. The role will partner closely with leadership teams on talent priorities including performance management, coaching, employee engagement, career development, and learning and development. The candidate will also provide counsel on policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and HC best practices to ensure consistency and alignment with Firm values. In addition, the role will involve analyzing business and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending actionable solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. The candidate will play a key role in driving and executing HC programs and initiatives across the business, while also managing day-to-day HC operations and acting as a firm advocate of the Firm’s culture and values.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • A master’s degree in human resource management
        • 4-5 years of relevant HC Business Partner experience
        • Robust working knowledge across key Human Capital functional areas and demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
        • A proactive, driven, independent, flexible, and discreet approach, with the confidence and maturity to engage effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
        • Excellent multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities, along with sound judgment and attention to detail
        • A positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and levels
        • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
        • The ability to be an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in driving organizational initiatives and change
        • The ability to navigate ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a complex environment
        • The ability to work within constraints while constructively challenging the status quo to drive better outcomes
