        We are seeking a result-oriented professional to join our Administration team based out of our Hyderabad office. The Administration (Admin) team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization. This team is responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the overall functioning of the company including facilities management, housekeeping, food and beverages services, security, transport etc.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will be leading project planning and coordination, by developing detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, conduct early stakeholder engagement sessions with end-users, facilities teams, designers, and contractors, and create risk management plans and value engineering strategies. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing innovative, sustainable, and user-focused fit-outs that meet design intent, budget, and schedule while enhancing long-term performance of the space. You will also work on design management by collaborating with architects and designers to integrate data-driven layouts, sustainability goals, biophilic elements, and health and safety requirements, facilitating VR/AR design validation sessions for stakeholder approvals and ensuring design flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs. You will also be expected to lead onsite project management using Lean construction principles and Agile iteration cycles, coordinate prefabrication and just-in-time delivery of materials to optimize efficiency and oversee quality assurance, clash detection (via BIM/digital twin), and contractor performance. Additionally, you will work with procurement to implement integrated project delivery or performance-based contracts and manage vendor relationships and ensure sustainable sourcing. You will also organize phased occupancy and manage post-occupancy feedback loops, implement IoT-based predictive maintenance systems for installed assets, and conduct post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned for future work. In this role, as part of facilities management, you will also be responsible for office workspace management, planning space to meet business objectives, managing day-to-day organizational space requirements and coordination with various business units for effective space planning and allocation. You will be responsible for the maintenance of UPS systems and battery banks, air-conditioning and VRV/VRF system, fire and safety systems, smoke detection system, NOVEC 1230 waterless flooding system, fire hydrant and sprinkler systems, PA system, electronic access control, CCTV, boom barriers, turn styles, man and material scanners, emergency exit push bar system (panic bar system), integration of FAS (Fire Alarm System) with AHU'S and ACS (Access Control System), electrical systems – 11KV HT yard, electrical main and sub distribution panels, cables, wires, terminations and switchgears, earthing for the electrical equipment and communication equipment, lighting, occupancy sensors, geysers and hot/cold systems, kitchen and pantry electrical equipment, DG sets, company sign boards, BMS (Building Management Systems), ID card printer and printing activities, gym and sports equipment, and reprographic room management. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office furniture like chairs, modular workstations, conference room furniture, televisions and Tata Sky connections, office interiors (like ceiling tiles, floor/wall tiles, painting work). You will also work on AMC renewals as per R and R, supervision of electricians, AC technicians, carpenters and plumbers and other maintenance staff, carpentry work, keys management, plumbing work, one-time activities like isolation of the specific project areas as per the client requirements and additional workstation works.

        Who we’re looking for

        The ideal candidate should hold:
        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, or construction management, or BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil from any university with a construction management degree from NICMAR Hyderabad or a similar institute
        • 15-20 years of experience in Design, Construction and Project Management of 2 to 10 Lakhs sq. ft projects at Hyderabad and Gurugram to lead workplace interior projects from concept through delivery
        • Around 15 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out or workplace projects
        • Proven track record in managing projects from design through installation
        • Knowledge of BIM, CAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
        • Experience with VR/AR visualization in design
        • Knowledge of WELL, Fitwel, and LEED certification processes
        • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
        • Financial acumen for CapEx/OpEx hybrid models and lifecycle cost analysis
        • Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and sustainable building practices
        • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
        • The ability to speak, read, and write in English, and Hindi, and the ability to speak the local language
        • The quality of being self-motivated, and be a team player to lead a multi-functional team

        Preferred qualifications:

        • Most of the total experience within the IT/ITES industry environment
