        We are looking for a candidate with a record of academic and professional achievements to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team who will work with our Technology groups in Hyderabad. The candidate will successfully lead and execute all phases of the recruitment lifecycle from attracting new talent. We are looking for a candidate also having exceptional ability to partner with senior stakeholders and peers across multiple functions.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you’ll be the technology hiring lead who will act as a subject matter expert for leading, designing, developing and delivering upon effective recruiting strategies, which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, overarched by your risk and controls mindset. You’ll be responsible on building strategies and brainstorm to build efficient and creative solutions for business. You’ll also drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our technology groups as well as streamline the existing processes. Additionally, you’ll lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team. You’ll keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space. Moreover, you’ll build relationships and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals. You’ll manage projects and process improvement initiatives, including driving change management to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. You’ll also lead and motivate a team of talented individuals and take ownership of their performance and career development.

        Who we’re looking for

        • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of twelve years of experience working in an agile in-house or any recruiting environment within any industry
        • The candidate should have the ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies, including use of technology, market understanding and mapping, and engaging with relevant talent at all levels
        • The candidate should also have experience in managing and implementing an end-to-end recruitment strategy for multiple roles across different levels of the organization
        • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, teamwork and business partnering skills in addition to the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
        • The candidate should have prior experience in leading and managing a team, including providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
