To this end, the firm continues to allocate an unusually large portion of its operating budget to the identification and recruitment of truly exceptional individuals who might significantly add to its capabilities.

The DESIS staff includes a large number of graduates from the best engineering, finance, and general degree colleges in India. DESIS has more than 600 employees, several of whom were top-ranked in their academic programmes.
